License Information
The download of this digital product (the “Item”) is subject to the following license agreement and terms of use (“The Agreement”). Please review The Agreement before you purchase or download any Items. By purchasing the Item, you agree to be bound by The Agreement. We reserve the right to modify The Agreement and the licensing terms of use set forth therein at any time.
Products Labeled “Personal Use”
Personal use products are for your own use only and may not be given away or re-sold under any circumstances. This material is copyrighted by me.
The legalese: Upon purchase of the item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the Item for your own personal use as expressly permitted by The Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to sublicense, resell, share, transfer, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or otherwise redistribute the Item, whether for free or for payment.
Products Labeled “Commercial Use or PLR”
You may re-sell or giveaway products in flattened formats as is or in modified form. Your customer can not edit the files, and you can not give away or sell the source files.
Exception: you may re-sell flattened files that the customer can personalize (e.g. Corjl). The customer is not editing the file, just adding names or other customizable fields (e.g. invitation dates).
The legalese: Upon purchase of the item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the Item for your own personal use and to resell the item to third parties after customization in a flattened PDF or JPG format for their individual use as expressly permitted by The Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you can brand the item as your own; you cannot claim copyright; you cannot sell the item as a Private Label Right (PLR) or commercial use product to third parties; you can not sell the PPTX files, Canva templates, Affinity files, and/or PNG/JPG image files included in the item; you cannot use our name or brand on your finished product.
Products Labeled “Master Resell Rights.”
Products labeled MRR can be resold as PLR provided they are:
- Modified to be different from the source files (e.g. fonts, colors, re-arrange layout, add or remove elements or decorations) AND,
- Combined with at least one other page of your own design OR combined with at least two other MRR pages from Page by Page PLR or another vendor
- The simple acid test: if re-distributing as PLR, your PLR product should not directly compete with my MRR product.
The legalese: Upon purchase of the item, you will be granted a limited, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable worldwide license to use the Item for your own personal use, to resell the item to third parties as is for their individual use and to convey and sell PLR rights to third parties as expressly permitted by The Agreement. You must modify the content AND combine individual pages with other pages. You may not offer the product with PLR rights as-is. You may modify the content of the item: you may brand the item as your own; you cannot claim copyright; you cannot sell the item with Master Resell Rights or Resell Rights
You acknowledge and agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law, the item is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement arising from the use of the item.
Despite every effort to provide an accurate representation of colors and images, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen is an exact representation of the item, due to the many variations in monitor, screen, and device settings.
PLEASE NOTE
The item is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped to your postal address. You may log in to your account at any time to download your files. If you are a new customer, your log in details will be sent to the email your provided shortly after purchase completion.
The item will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final unless a refund is required under relevant consumer protection laws.
